REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Replace the standard nozzle tip on the spray adhesive container with one that can accept a small tube into it for a more controlled concentrated
spray needed for this repair.
2. Pull the remaining fabric out of the channel along the entire vertical edge of the door panel.
3. Spray a bead of adhesive under the entire length of the door panel fabric.

4. Using a plastic trim tool, tuck the fabric back into the door panel, working 2 to 4 inches at a time.
5. As you tuck the fabric into the channel, wipe off any excess adhesive on the outer portion of the door panel with isopropyl alcohol. Do not allow
the adhesive to dry on the panel; this will permanently damage the panel.
6. Apply a 6-inch piece of masking tape to the top surface of the fabric and pull it tight across the panel, every 2-4 inches along the entire length of
the glued section. This will prevent the fabric from pulling out of its channel before the adhesive dries.
NOTE:
The spray adhesive gets tacky within 30 minutes.
7. Wait about a half-hour, then remove the tape from the door panel, starting from the fabric end and it pulling away from the panel.
