At least one in ten vehicles sustains some degree of windshield damage each year. Experience has shown, however, that up to 40% of all windshield
damage can be repaired.
That's where MINI Glass Repair comes in. This windshield repair service gives Service Advisors the opportunity to communicate a "One Stop Shop"
approach to all your service clients. And by drawing new windshield repair customers to your workshop, you may benefit from new cross-selling
opportunities such as increased windshield sales.
Since windshields can be repaired in approximately 30 minutes and is completely portable, this type of work can also be offered as part of MINI
Mobile Assist program.

When can a windshield not be repaired?
> Stress cracks or long cracks
> Damage that penetrates the windshield completely
> Any type of damage that is in the Driver's Primary Viewing Area (DPVA) should not be repaired.
What is the Driver's Primary Viewing Area (DPVA)?
> An area on the exterior of the windshield:
> 12 inches wide (300 mm wide)
> Centered on the driver's position
> Extends from the top to the bottom of the wiper sweep.er sweep.

This single bridge windshield repair system includes the new BTYC100 mobile battery system and top of the line 40-13 12v ultraviolet curing light.
With this system, you no longer need to worry about accessing the
