Mercedes-Benz on Tuesday unveiled the latest addition to its growing family of battery-electric cars grouped under the EQ sub-brand. The latest addition is the EQV minivan, essentially an electric version of the V-Class minivan that's sold in the United States in Metris commercial trim. It will be a similar case for the EQA, whose MEA platform, code-named MEA1.5, will be derived from the MFA platform underpinning Mercedes' latest compact cars. The 2-series Active Tourer will also be the first BMW to offer a three-cylinder engine -- a new turbocharged 1.5-liter gasoline engine that is also available on the Mini. This Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van delivers a Intercooled Turbo Diesel V-6 3.0 L/182 engine powering this Automatic transmission.
