Perform diagnostics using the latest ISTA (Integrated Service Technical Application) diagnostic software version.

When the ISTA system message displays: "Battery voltage only "XX.XX" V. Please connect charger."

Please note the displayed battery voltage reading in the repair order comments section.

When one of the corresponding fault codes 9CCB and/or 9CCC is stored in the FRM3R module, replace the FRM3R module. Follow the

Repair Instruction "61 35 115 Removing and installing/ replacing footwell module" in ISTA.

If these two faults codes are not stored in the FRM3R module, diagnose any power window faults stored in the control modules by

completing the relevant test plans.

Program and code the vehicle with the most recent ISTA/P (Integrated Service Technical Application/Programming) version.

Note that ISTA/P will automatically reprogram and code all programmable control modules that do not have the latest software.2010 Mini Cooper (R56) L4-1.6L (N12)
